well i'm not using the real cheapo ones.  i've tried that in the past
and i had lots of problems.  i'm using a cheap kimsufi ovh server and split the use between several things.  they have jacked up the prices and the ip prices as well.  I'm no longer hosting vms for other people in the bbs community.
