I have used Tiger Direct (tigerdirect.com) for well over 20 years and 
have never had a problem with any of the computers or laptops I have 
bought (probably close to 40 computers for personal use and for 
customers).

I've also had good experience with Newegg (newegg.com).

I've had good experiences with the HP and Dell refurb laptops and 
computers from their respective company stores.

I've used all of these for both professional and personal use.
