It's not the download size per se, but two things actually:

[1] it's an msi, which implies it wants hooks in the registry  
and all that jazz. i don't want yet-another-windows prog that  
does that.

[2]44mb would expand into a much larger prog.  Sofar, restic  
and rclone are much smaller and can accomplish great things in  
a small pacakage.  And.. the latter don't need their fingers  
entwind in the WinOS system.
