So I have decided to stick with Manndoor.  The OS/2 doors work perfectly, oddly 
enough, and the DOS door works though with a non-fatal RTE that I am hunting 
down as it only affects the DOS version.  I've compiled a Win32 version and 
will get it out to people who want it this week.  The Linux version is going to 
take a little longer as I need to move my files over to my Slackware box and 
see if I can get everything to compile in Free Pascal (evidently there's issues 
with FP working with Manndoor).

I think I will need to rely on others to reliably compile and test the Win32 
versions.  The OS/2, DOS, and Linux versions I should be able to test myself.
