Yes.  I am in pretty bad pain now so I am going to urgent care tomorrow.  
There's also popping sounds around that area in my ribcage so I am hoping that 
I did not dislocate a rib or something.  In my 2008 car accident, I cracked 
all of my ribs so I am in not that much pain comparatively but when I have to 
tense my chest muscles, I involuntarily groan.
