It's amazing that so many WW2 veterans are still with us (over 4000 they say?) 80 years after that war ended.. My uncle, who I am named for, had been searching for a good job for quite a while and finally found one, and then the war started and he immediately quit and joined the Royal Canadian Air Force. He managed to work his way up to Sergeant and, for some reason even at that rank, he was a tail gunner which was where he lost his life in his early 20's.. My father then immediately joined the army as well, lying about his age to get in, but by the time he finished basic training, the war was over. --- * SLMR Rob * If all appears to go well, you missed something... * Origin: capitolcityonline.net * Telnet/SSH:2022/HTTP (618:250/1) .
