I suppose it could, although in general most bullies are basically
cowards trying to prove they are tough by picking on people they
know they can get away with it. My example was in public school, where
in high school you'd be more likely to have the Bully sneak out and
do damage to your car (if you have one). It would be more dangerous
if it was a group involved rather than just one person doing it.
