That is when my anxiety attacks used to be the worse.  I would wake up
mid-attack with all sorts of crazy physical manistations going on,
including PVCs, random numbness, feelings that my skin was burning, etc.  You
would think that those might be related to or set off by nightmares but they
seemed to happen when I don't remember dreaming at all.

It has been several years since I have had such episodes, thank goodness.
