Actually, in relation to my experience, I was speaking of both.  Being
dehydrated was what set the PVCs off enough that it scared me into going to
the ER.

After being told what had happened, I realized I had been having them
before but never an "episode" of so many together where I actually got
worried about them.

I don't have a history of heart attacks, though, which would definately make
me much more concerned about them if I did.
