Hi everyone,

Just a random thought:

I took an excellent anger management class this year provided by the VA. 
It's helped me a lot in my life in general since I'm afraid that if I got
angry like I used to, I'd drop dead where I currently sit.

Realizing your own mortality changes your world view for sure.
