Sean, that Stoffers dinner that I mentioned is their Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli
Pasta Bake.

After it is cooked we cut in half on the longest direction and then cut the
shortest direction in thirds.
Makes a fair size serving for each of us, cutting it in four pieces like You do
would have me waddling from the table after eating that portion. ;-))
