fastecho. I  checked the irex logs and nothing was coming in over the period
of time where I wasn't getting messages.  Once I send an echomail and then
poll the hub, irex brings stuff in.

Nope, only micronet.

Nope, not receiving it until I send out an echomail, when this is happening.
It takes about a day after stuff is coming in before it stops.
