Please let your mother know that I have tinnitus (it's bad enough that I receive 10% service-connected disability for it) and that my hearing aids are specifically designed to help with tinnitus. Hearing aids these days do not simply amplify; they also can perform noise cancellation to help tinnitus sufferers. When I wear my hearing aids, my tinnitus is nullified. These are the hearing aids I have: https://www.phonak.com/en-us/hearing-devices/hearing-aids/audeo-paradise You can control them via a smartphone app to customize your hearing...it's a godsend in noisy places. Plus, being Bluetooth-enabled, I have my computer, TV, and phone audio pumped in (they can remember 8 paired devices and be actively paired to two at a time). Again, please let your mother know that my tinnitus is helped greatly with hearing aids. There's no need to suffer any longer with today's tech. -- Sean P.S. I specifically have the Audeo P-R submodel. --- Maximus/2 3.01 * Origin: Micronet World HQ - bbs.outpostbbs.net:10323 (618:618/1) .
