So I wanted to upload a QWK packet this morning on my BBS and it wouldn't go.  
I spend 30+ minutes deep-diving into all sorts of arcane things only to discover I was trying to upload an old BW reply packet instead of the QWK reply packet.

I gotta quit trying to think right after I wake up...
