There are still things they force you to do here in person, and sometimes it is
much better to do it in person even if you can do them online.

You can buy lots of consumer-grade finantial products from the bank's onlike
banking system and talk to a bank asistant over the phone for most common
stuff, and you'd be silly to want to walk to the bank office for doing any of
those. If you want to purchase a non-consumer grade finantial product from a
Private Banking branch, the game is completely different.
