I normally use telnet to call the BBS on my LAN.  I do a lot of work via SSH 
though.  I installed fusefs-sshfs so I can access the BBS directory via that 
and in DOSbox, I just assign a drive letter to the BBS' textfiles dir so I can 
use TheDraw easily.  Smarter, not harder. LOL
