I have learned to just "Smile and take the money".  I don't complain, I don't make suggestions unless asked, and I certainly don't say how I really feel about things.  All those things just end up biting you in the ass, so I keep quiet.

I just work hard, do what I can, and that is it.  Nothing more or less.
