I don't see that as a problem.  Afterall, a BBS has to be  
online to deliver a message to!  LOL

The requirement to be online with phones at the same time could  
be a bit of a disadvantage.  But then, a server or a network of  
intermediaries would be required. However, perhaps email/gpg or  
Telegram could be used to announce a coordinated "time" to  
catch up.  ?

I like this thing though.
