It was meant to come out squashed.  I changed the size, ratio, and aspect of that picture to fit into a reasonably sized UUencoded file.

It will go about 15 miles at full speed, I think around 10 MPH.

Mine is for part-time use, mainly where I have to walk a lot, such at the VA. If I go shopping in a grocery store, I'll use a motorized cart there since I normally go alone.  If I am at the mall or at a store I know I won't buy anything, I'll use my scooter.  The scooter is always used if I go alone on the bus somewhere.

I can actually take myself to the local library or, in an extreme case, go to the VA hospital with the scooter.

What's really nice is I can go to my local Dollar General a half-mile away. When I can, I want to get the rear basket accessory so I can carry heavy things like a gallon of milk.
