That fireplace would create some massive heat. It is best if you can get it to go into a return or something to circulate through the home. I had no return near it, so the basement would get to be 80+ degrees and the other levels would be comfortable. It was many years ago when I bought it back when pellots were cheap (as they should be). They are just pressed wood. I had bought an entire pallot of them for around $100 back then.
