It is also good for people that have a tendancy for kidney stones (validated by my urologist years ago).  It keeps the kidneys flowing, which is what you want to prevent kidney stones.

Works for me!  I don't want another one of those damn things.. I have had (2) in my life, and that is (2) too many.
