Wow, that IS cheap!

Here in Ontario we're on Time of Use rates where electricity costs:

8.2 cents /kWh (7pm - 7am)
11.3 cents /kWh (7am - 11am & 5pm - 7pm)
17.0 cents /kWh (11am - 5pm)

The times change slightly during the winter months.
