My bother had issues for 24 hours with both of them - just muscle aches, tired, etc.  Nothing major.  He had Covid back in the spring, which in his case was not as bad as some previous flus.  He was actually still cutting the grass and doing stuff outside at that time.  

I know it effects everyone differently, but fortunately all the personal cases I know of were nothing major.  And I do know a good many that got it, and I probably was one of them but never got tested.
