Sorry to hear that.  What was the timeframe when you got the second one (how many days between)?  

I waited the longest possible time for my work mandate, so there was a 42-day/6 week gap between 1st and 2nd.  I did that for multiple reasons, including that I heard you get better results from waiting longer.  Plus my work will likely force a booster at some point, and since I am really late to getting this, I'm clear for another 8+ months at least.  Hopefully this crap is gone by then and people get over it and get on with life.
