  We had a big Christmas Day snow in 2012 (the first time that had occurred
since 1926)...then this past February, back to back snowstorms turned the
state into a winter wonderland. The Christmas Day storm brought nearly a
foot of snow to Little Rock...this past February's back to back snowstorms
nearly doubled that. Nothing moved for several days.

  I remember back in January, 1985...it got down to -6 at Little Rock, and
we had 9 inches of snow on the ground. This past February, it fell to -1.
