  On the 4th, they must've shot them off for 8 hours...began well before
sunset, and lasted well after midnight.

  That wasn't the case here. The guy who does my lawn said that he bought
a bunch of pyrotechnics (fireworks, firecrackers, bottle rockets, etc.), but
he never set any of them off...yet added "his yard was full of debris from
them".
