On the 3rd of July, I visited the Indiana Military Museum in Vincennes.
Aside from the planes and tanks outside, I was a little skeptical when I
pulled up, but they had A LOT of history packed in those two small
buildings!  I budgeted about 2 hours and ran over, and still didn't see
everything.

I also stopped by the George Rodgers Clark Memorial.  It is build on the
site of the former British fort that was there until Clark and his men
forced them out of the area during the Civil War.  The battle there
weakened the British influence in the area and lead to the Northwest
Territoy becoming a part of the USA when the treaties were signed.
