Yes.. I heard about the leaked emails. The same attitude about  
the masks was shared by Canada's "top" (gov't appointed  
spokespersons) doctors too.  First they said, masks are  
ineffective. Then they said only the N95 ones are worthy to  
consider, then they said "face coverings" of some kind are  
better then none, and then they even suggested that a double  
layer of the cheap surgical ones would be a good minimum

Thanks. I get people coming in and saying "I'm so glad that you  
are still here and open!"  But the reality is that I've  
accumulated more debt and losses.  Not sure if I should just  
walk away from that whole effort to some restoration. There is  
absolutely no way that I could make up for the losses and new  
debts two years into this economic homicide imposed by the hand  
of the gov't.

There was no need for "failure" of businesses. The businesses  
did not ask for their business models to be interfered with by  
lockdown measures - yet MEANWHILE, creditors and banks were  
untouchable?

Thanks for the hope for my biz to return to a point that might  
care about it.  I'm just so angry at the gov't.  They're  
certainly not going to get an tax dollar out of a biz that  
reports losses in the last 2 years and now perhaps beyond -  
which is all their doing.

Not sure what you mean by a power grab.
