My neighbors and their "two minute friends" are what is keeping me up.  I
think I may need to start capturing license plate numbers and giving them to
someone I know that can help.

I generally do not like going on Sunday myself, much prefering Saturday
morning (even less people).  However, I am at the mercy of my ride since bus
service is nearly non-existant after 6 PM weekdays or on weekends at all.
