It's a complex knot of leased towers and shared frequencies.

If Livexlive is just audio.. then that's still not too bad!

I've never tried Spotify when I had entered the throttled down  
point.  Will have to give it a try.  Usually I can see that  
Spotify usually pulls in the whole track and can play the rest  
of the piece even when the connection is gone.  That has gotten  
me into overage sooner when I just want to hear one track - it  
usually starts pulling in the other tracks on an album in  
advance before the current piece is finished.
