A guy that used to work for me once asked, "If you have to puke and shit at the same time what would you do?".

I said I would sit on the toilet and puke in the garbage can.

His eyes got wide as he let out a "Ooooohhh" and it was obvious that this never occured to him.

Apparently he puked in the toilet and sprayed the wall...
