The Matrix sequels built a mobius loop of freeway on the old Alameda Naval 
Air Station grounds. I was living in Oakland and taking the ferry past it 
every day to my job in San Francisco at the time.

During the movie you can see the same exit signs multiple times, and see San 
Francisco in the background.
