  There are ones you can buy now that are GF.  Andrea has that celiac so
  we have to be careful.  I eat regular bread when at work but the rest
  of the time it's GF.

  I could also stand to loose some weight.  I will work on getting healthy
  again when I can get my mind in the right mode.  Currently suffering with
  a horibble head cold that is making it hard to breath.  (No it's not covid,
  I had a test for that Saturday and was neg)
