  Jeff Foxworthy did a video on YouTube with prescription side effects.
It didn't include "death", but it had practically everything else.

  It started with him noting that his wife is appparently a
hypochondriac...as they were watching Dateline one night. He
said that 3 people on the entire planet have a certain disease,
and his wife is one of them.

  She was panicking, saying "I have every one of those symptoms".
He replied "You do not have testicular cancer". After the audience
roared in laughter, he added "you don't even have testiculars". <G>

  He noted that "when I was growing up, the only 2 things that were
in the medicine cabinet were aspirin and Camphophenique". But now,
it's like the tagline below.
