I like to take real irish butter, smear it on the outside of the bread, then on the inside add a thick slice of sharp cheddar, along with garlic powder, parsley flakes, and some hot sauce. Close it up, sprinkle a bit of truffle salt on the top, and throw it in the pan. Variations include adding a slice of Ham and a Fried egg for the ultimate breakfast sandwhich. Another fun thing is to use some of the fancy cheese they have at Whole Foods. Sometimes it turns out great! ... and sometimes not so much. But thats part of the fun I guess.
