  I make up a casserole concoction, all microwaveable with:

1) Meat - hot dogs, sliced lunch meat, etc.
2) Macaroni and Cheese
3) Wild Rice 
4) Peas and Carrots

  It takes a bit to prepare, but it lasts me the rest of the day.

  I may do that today, since I don't have to go out again until
next week.
