Me also when it comes to being too lazy about that.  I am not sure why but
it seems like now in the age of the microwave, it is more difficult to get
meat warmed up just right to melt the cheese and go on two slices of
toaster bread than it was to do it all in the skillet.  Still faster, but
somehow more difficult and not as satisfying.
