I've always loved meatloaf, my mom made it often and my wife did as
well. After the divorce I was looking for "easy" things to cook during
weekdays and meatloaf was one of them and even though I am taking an
"easy" route with it, it is pretty decent and with some masted taters
and vegs it's a complete meal. 

My "recipe" is just ground beef, crumbled up crackers, lipton onion
soup mix, ketchup and sometimes a bit of A1 to add some more flavor to
it. 

Comes out very well. 

Now, my attempt at chicken fried steak? Yea, I probably won't be trying
that again LOL.
