You really got to get out more often! ;) I'm not an Apple "fan" by any stretch of the imagination, but the iTunes program is simply very good at what it does. It's a great tool for ripping to lossless too - whilst keeping a database of thise files at the same time. I like the print CD label feature. I have found that the network feature is very handy when I pull podcasts at one PC (for storage) that I can then fire up iTunes on another PC and play them reaching out across the network. WRT podcasts, I may subscribe to them with iTunes, but then I just copy the file onto a media card and play them on the TV while I lay back in bed and close my eyes. T> We just can't deal with it. Good to hear that you found *some* kind of solution that works for you. I don't have a need to "sync" to devices. I just pick and choose what I might like to hear and transfer the podcasts to a media card or my iPOD (yes, I still have a couple of old ones) manually. If I auto-sync'd to my iPods I'd run out of space before I had a chance to listen to the lastest podcasts. So, now I am skipping a lot of material and just listening to something that sounds interesting based on the description of a specific program. -- ../|ug --- OpenXP 5.0.48 * Origin: (} Pointy McPointface (618:250/1.9) .
