So.. even if you wanted to do the manual method with mp3, all you have to do is use the "Show in Windows Explorer" and it will take you right to the file so can grab it and copy it. I've also appreciated the network play option: music files stored on PC 1, and be able to play the collection from PC 2. Save for the concept of paying for low quality and DRM's files that only play with iTunes, the player itself is a good "database" tool for a collection.
