$25/yr sounds reasonable for getting better versions of your own  
tracks, and to have the ability to stream the result from up to  
10 devices. It could be handy for people who initially ripped  
their CDs at 128Kbps, and nolonger have the original CDs. Match  
would feed a better quality version.

*Why* would anyone need "up to 10 devices" is boggling to me.

It would seem far more entertaining to stream music from a vastly  
larger catalog from which you can discover new stuff.

And unlike Match or Apple Music, Spotify offers an offline option  
for anything in the catalog.
