My company has just converted to me gmail and I hate it. It's no inflexible.
There's no "recall" message option. You can't recorder your mailboxes on the
left side other than by stupid numbering of them. Just a bunch of stuff you
can't do that was easy with Outlook. Considering I can get over 100 emails per
day, it's putting a bit of a strain on my productivity while I try and find
ways to battle around these things.

I have a personal gmail account only because I was forced to create one with
my Google G1 phone.
