Subj : I still have some spindles I never used To : August Abolins From : Bob Roberts Date : Sun Jan 03 2021 15:23:39 AA> However, my home 5-disc player wouldn't support the CD-RW AUDIO AA> variety. I could only use those in the car's MP3/WMA/AUDIO AA> player. That was fine for a while, but then I missed playing AA> those collections in the house. But making an extra copy from the AA> CD-RW onto CD-R was ok. Those were the best. When I got a CD player in my car that could play a data disc of MP3s, I would burn big collections, organized by folder, and be able to play almost anything in the car. Later we had a car with a hard drive in it somewhere, you could insert a Music disc and it would "rip" it to the internal hard drive. It was too slow to rip thou and we never really used it. The current car doesn't even have a CD player. It just has Bluetooth so you can stream off your phone to the stereo... plus Car Play / Android Audio.
