When I was at a plucky bay area startup, everything was GSuite. Developers would actually ask if we used Google Suite during interviews. The only people who had Office subscriptions were the Proposals team that had to submit word docs. And of course Accounting, who insisted they must have Excel. The rest of the company was google drive, docs and sheets. So easy to manage. No file servers or anything to worry about.
