It sounds like Comcast uses MOCA, but a different frequency then standard, so it can live with regular MOCA on the same line....  at least according to this reddit post.  Most Comcast people seem to be using the Motorla MM1000 which allows you to set the MoCA band.  My adaptors are Actiontec, and I haven't had to deal with band issues.
