I think it is called Browsh. The idea is that you can have the browser sitting
in a server with a powerful connection, so if you are in a rural area or a boat
sor something and need to browse the internet, you can SSH into the server and
fire Browsh over SSH.

The idea is that since you are only getting terminal output over your  <server>
<--> <boat> connection, your are saving bandwith for your weak link while
having the website rendered by a real rendering engine.
