Oh its worse, thats just what I can define in one breath.

I don't know, all and all there are worse houses I guess. Most of them are
insulated pretty well. Its just the undersized ac units crappy plastic tub 
surrounds price phister fixtures and those stupid spanish tile roofs.

To me it seems like most of them are built at the lowest bid.
There are nice areas that get a bit more build quality but one thing that 
never changes is the concrete pad. Never once seen a Vegas house with a
crawlspace.
