I know I'm replying to an old post, but I just wanted to say I had the same exact problem, with a bunch of old DoorFrame doors (mostly Sunrise doors) not working after I moved my Sync BBS to Windows 10 32-bit. Changing the drop file type froom door.sys to dorinfo#.def ended up the solution for me as well.

No idea WHY it works. But it does.
