On laptops I use a Window manager that has no taskbar at all. You invoke windows via shortcuts. But then, when you use a tiling window manager you usually don have to hunt around trying to find out where your window is. I use stacking window managers on workstations, but I am considering switching to a taskbarless setup for those too. -- gopher://gopher.richardfalken.com/1/richardfalken --- SBBSecho 3.14-Linux * Origin: Palantir * palantirbbs.ddns.net * Pensacola, FL * (618:250/24) .
