BBS ads belong in MIN_GENAN, please.

Your CTRL-A codes were causing your messages to come out scrambled; they
have always been that way since you joined Micronet.  However, it seems that
your turning those codes off have fixed the issue.

You may use ANSI in BBS ads or other messages in MIN_GENAN but nowhere else
in Micronet.  Please do not use color codes of any type elsewhere (and I
will make sure to update things here to let people know).
